What to Expect
Live Workshop and Recording Refund Policy
Your registration reserves a place at the live Hidden Unconscious Root Cause Workshop on Saturday, September 12, 2026.
Because this is a live event involving advance preparation, scheduling and limited availability, all workshop registrations are final and non-refundable.
Refunds will not be provided if you are unable to attend, forget to attend, arrive late, leave early or experience difficulties with your own internet connection, device, audio, video or Zoom access. Please check your equipment and internet connection before the workshop begins.
Your standard workshop registration includes attendance at the live event only. Workshop recordings are not included unless you purchase the optional $27 Workshop Recordings add-on during checkout.
The Workshop Recordings add-on is a separate digital purchase. Once access to the recordings has been provided, the purchase is final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable law. If we are unable to produce or provide the workshop recordings, the $27 recording add-on will be refunded.
If the live workshop is cancelled by Clough Group LLC, you will receive a full refund for your workshop registration and any recording add-on purchased. If the workshop is rescheduled, your registration will automatically transfer to the new date. If you cannot attend the rescheduled date, you may request a refund within seven days of the new date being announced.
Nothing in this policy limits any statutory consumer rights you may have if the workshop or recordings are materially different from how they were described, faulty or inaccessible due to an issue on our side.
